Team Building Groups
Go Scavenger is Sydney’s #1 fully hosted and professionally developed scavenger hunt event. Simple, fast and fun, its ideal for small teams wanting a well priced option for team bonding.
The parent company of Go Scavenger, Team Bonding is Sydney’s leading supplier of corporate team building activities. Team Bonding has been established for 12 years and works with all of Australia’s leading corporations. We have distilled our years of team building expertise into this no compromise, budget priced event that suits:
Small corporate teams
Not for Profit team events
Social club events
School staff events
To bring you a hosted event to you at a low price, Go Scavenger utilises the award winning ActionTrack free app to pose questions, direct teams around the course, collect answers and take photos and videos.
Your friendly host adds layers of fun and challenge to the app tasks. Tasks requiring teamwork, trust, problem solving, creativity and social intelligence round out this event to make it highly engaging, beneficial and memorable.
Whilst this activity has been designed to suit everyone and has broad appeal, it works particularly well for our connected, tech savvy youth who really enjoy using the app.
There are 3 courses:
1. The Rocks and Circular Quay, starting in Cumberland Street, finishing on the Rocks side of Circular Quay.
2. The City Centre and Circular Quay, starting at Wynyard and including 2/3 of Circular Quay, finishing on the Rocks side.
3. Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay, a circular course that starts and finishes in Darling Harbour.
In all cases, the app will guide you to questions that feature a mix of historic and contemporary sites. Questions will be answered as photos, videos or text. Throughout the event teams must use design thinking, consensus, teamwork, problem solving and a high degree of observational awareness.
At 2 checkpoints you’ll meet the host for “analogue” style tasks. These activities are creative or incorporate team problem solving and some require teams to engage with people in the area and build rapport.
Event Benefits for Team Bonding:
Exercise and Fresh Air
Rapid Task Comprehension
Inclusive and Utilises Strengths of Each Team Member
Problem Solving and Creativity
Harness Team’s Social Intelligence
And Most Importantly Rapport Building and Heaps of Fun!!
I recently worked with a delightful team from Commonwealth Bank who were willing guinea pigs to test our app and questions. We had a gorgeous day and here is the note my client Emma Grant sent me afterwards.
Hi Cate, Thanks so much for Tuesday! They team had such a wonderful time and everyone enjoyed getting out of the office and enjoying the beautiful sights of Sydney. You did such a fantastic job – we really would have hardly known that we were a ‘test’ group and I’ll certainly pass on your name to anyone looking to run an event for a similar sized group.
Anyway – a massive thank you again! we loved our time.

I also worked with a lovely team of blokes from Mobis. Here is what they sent me afterwards, including some excellent advice that I incorporated.
Thank you so much for facilitating the event. It was a fun packed day where we definitely grew closer together as a group.
We had a team meeting this morning and the feedback was very positive. The whole team enjoyed it and we keep laughing about a few of the highlights.
One suggestion which came from the team was that it would be good if there were a few more tasks/challenges which require the group to work together as a team, e.g. to solve a problem.
Also, thank you for the pictures, well received.
Kind Regards, Pablo
