Sydney Rocks & Circular Quay
(Starts in Cumberland St near Grosvenor St, 5 minutes from Wynyard)
Go Scavenger is Sydney’s #1 fully hosted, professionally developed, fun scavenger hunt event. We use the award winning ActionTrack free phone app to pose questions, direct teams around the course, collect answers and take photos and videos.
To the app tasks your host adds layers of fun and challenge. Tasks requiring teamwork, trust, problem solving, creativity and social intelligence round out this event and make it memorable and highly engaging.
This popular course starts on the edge of the Rocks and winds down through the historic streets to end on the Western side of Circular Quay.
Total route is under 3km and includes Cumberland Street, the Big Dig, Observatory Hill, Susannah Place Museum, Nurses Walk, Argyle Street, Cadman Cottage, Overseas Passenger Terminal, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Circular Quay and First Fleet Park (the finish point).
The app will guide you to questions that feature a mix of historic and contemporary sites, plus videos and loads of photos. The hosted tasks are creative and require teams to build rapport and engage with people in the area. Teams will use design thinking, consensus, teamwork problem solving and discernment.
